We believe the transferability from our training runs much deeper than physical adaptation.

We serve our Tribe by encouraging them to find contentment with themselves and then to look forward.
We believe that as leaders we can ask more of ourselves..  We can learn, grow and adapt as we strive for betterment. 

We're in this for the long haul and recognise that a healthy lifestyle is a lifelong journey and not a fad with a quick fix.

Training Philosophy

My training philosophy remains consistent, however my training over the years has changed dramatically. I believe that my body will go where my mind takes it. I am in control of my physical condition and value highly the adaptive capabilities which make our bodies stronger, resilient and responsive to how we treat it.

Cycling, Table Tennis, Triathlons, Basketball (Old fart that "shoots" but can't play πŸ™ )

ALL FOODS.  Minus liquorice.  I hate liquorice.

Don't just do it, do it with purpose, do it for you and push through the mental barriers.  Goals may change, but the attitude I approach each challenge remains true.  I realise the importance of support, accountability and stimulus along my journey.

Training Philosophy

In my training I aim to not only physically challenge myself, but also mentally. Exercise can be a mental game and I strive to break barriers that may seem somewhat unattainable. I strongly believe exercise is a β€œbrain game” and I want to empower others to feel physically and mentally stronger in all aspects of their lives.
